Study in Europe

From the canals of Venice to the snow-covered vistas of Salzburg, Europe is a continent that is often called the rival of the US as an economic and military entity. Host to the most diverse people on earth, the continent is a link between Asia and itself, and supporting proof can be found in such historic locations as the Altimara caves in Spain and the many pre-historic cave paintings in the French Alps.

Europe has a long history in education, science and research and its higher education has always been immensely diverse. There are approximately 4000 higher education establishments which vary from classical, comprehensive universities to specialized practice-focused professional colleges and business schools. Between them they offer a wide variety of study programs of high academic standard.

The range of study opportunities covers undergraduate degree courses for beginners as well as postgraduate programs for advanced students and doctoral researchers. Europe has always been famous for the quality of its education. The quality of the instruction offered by higher education institutions is closely scrutinized by the national governments and quality assurance agencies. As a result of this system, the quality of European universities is generally high.

If you are thinking about going to Europe for your studies, your lifestyle will be determined mainly by:
